1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the tk999b website, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at tk999b.org and its subdomains.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the tk999b platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered profile associated with a verified Bangladeshi mobile number and National ID.
• "Wallet" refers to the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, sports market, or crash game offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process using a valid Bangladeshi National ID card (NID) or equivalent government-issued document.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cashable promotional credits awarded by tk999b subject to wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 The tk999b platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh or are a Bangladeshi national.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party.
• You have not previously had a tk999b account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tk999b employee or affiliated business partner.

2.2 Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account. The opening of multiple accounts, whether in the same name or in different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained within them.

2.3 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any detail changes. tk999b reserves the right to suspend or close any account where materially false or misleading information has been provided.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

3.2 You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Any wager placed using your account credentials — regardless of whether it was placed by you personally — will be treated as a wager placed by you and is binding.

3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk999b customer support immediately via live chat. tk999b will investigate all reported unauthorised access incidents in good faith but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.4 tk999b will never request your password through any support channel, email communication, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from tk999b and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the tk999b platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfer. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be adjusted by tk999b at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit on the same account, or to a verified Bangladeshi bank account in the account holder's own name. tk999b reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

4.4 Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times during peak periods, national holidays, or system maintenance windows may be longer.

4.5 tk999b does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which tk999b accepts no responsibility.

4.6 Funds deposited into your tk999b wallet must be used for wagering. Depositing funds without any genuine intent to wager — for the purpose of exploiting payment processing systems or bonus structures — is prohibited and may result in account closure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 tk999b offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, seasonal offers, and VIP loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier for individual promotions is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account wallet. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions in Section 4. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

5.4 tk999b reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and commenced wagering, earned progress toward any wagering requirement will be honoured proportionally at tk999b's discretion.

5.5 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Evidence of systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play across multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 All casino games available on the tk999b platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are entirely random and are not influenced by any factor other than the game's published return-to-player (RTP) percentage.

6.2 Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. These games are governed by the rules and procedures of the respective provider, which are published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a provider's stated rules and any information displayed on the tk999b platform, the provider's rules shall prevail.

6.3 Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches), football, kabaddi, and other markets, are subject to their own market-specific settlement rules. All bets are settled in accordance with the rules displayed at the time the bet is accepted. tk999b reserves the right to void any bet where a clear and obvious pricing error has occurred.

6.4 The use of any software, tool, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to bots, scripts, odds-scanning software, card-counting programs, and collusion with other players in multiplayer games.

6.5 tk999b reserves the right to void any wager and withhold any winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a player has exploited a software error, system fault, or pricing discrepancy — regardless of whether the fault was corrected in real time.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 tk999b is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their wagering activity. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming features available within the account dashboard, including configurable deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and temporary cooling-off periods.

7.2 Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the tk999b platform may submit a self-exclusion request via live chat support. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion request is processed, it cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk999b platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any outstanding balance where applicable:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for the purposes of money laundering or fraud.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in creating an account intended to circumvent these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for legitimate players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to access any part of the platform's backend infrastructure, databases, or administrative systems without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs or system errors to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages beyond normal gameplay.
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic low-risk play intended solely to extract bonus value without genuine recreational wagering intent.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content displayed on the tk999b platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of tk999b or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the tk999b platform without the prior written consent of tk999b. Unauthorised use of tk999b's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 tk999b collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 tk999b uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Your personal data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

10.3 tk999b will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The tk999b platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk999b's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 tk999b accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's own misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, reliance on inaccurate information, or failure to update account details in a timely manner.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 tk999b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tk999b will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice to registered players via a notice displayed prominently on the platform or via the email address associated with the player's account.

12.2 Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of applicable law. tk999b operates as an online entertainment platform and endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and in good faith.

13.2 In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms, you should first contact tk999b customer support via live chat. tk999b commits to providing a written response to all formal disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through independent mediation. tk999b will cooperate fully with any mediation process conducted in good faith.

14. Severability

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

15.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between tk999b and the Player with respect to use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
